Just One Galaxy Among Many
Just a zoom-out from Earth to the edge of the Local Group giving a view of our galaxy and the billions upon billions that lie beyond. This was part of our Largest Things in the Universe video and looked good as a stand-alone.

The 15 Largest Things in the Universe

Insignificant. I can’t think of a better single word to describe what learning about the universe makes us feel like. Carl Sagan said it best when he stated that "astronomy is a humbling and character building experience", and that in the vast scale of the universe, "we have good reason for humility." You’ve certainly felt this overwhelming dread before, it may have been while you were home alone and heard an unrecognizable sound from another room, perhaps you felt as if you were being watched, or you suddenly realized just how vulnerable you are alone in the d...
15 Most Poisonous Animals on Earth
Переглядів 3 млн8 років тому
In comparison to venomous animals, poisonous animals are far and few between. It turns out having to get halfway eaten before potentially harming a predator isn’t an incredibly popular adaptation in the animal world. But the animals who managed to stick it out utilize some of the most lethal toxins on the planet, some even eclipsing what even the most venomous animals in the world are capable o...
15 Most Venomous Animals on Earth
Переглядів 4,1 млн8 років тому
Perhaps the most common fear that all humans share is the fear of venomous animals. In fact, the fear of spiders and snakes are the two most commonplace phobias. Usually this fear is misplaced as the vast majority of snakes and spiders are completely harmless, however, I’m afraid that this video won’t help abate any fears you currently hold. Some of you may end up avoiding certain parts of the ...

Переглядів 319 тис.8 років тому
Love, guilt, pity, and remorse. All of these are part of the normal range of emotions that the average person feels. The pathological mind of someone compelled to abduct, sexually abuse, kill, and mutilate is almost impossible for most of us to comprehend. Why is it then that are we so fascinated by gruesome serial killers? (You did click on this video after all). Maybe we fear the unknown, or ...

It's sometimes scary to know...we're just gonna die without ever knowing what lies beyond
I suggest you look at the Irukanji jelly fish. Sorry if spelling is wrong. It is very tiny and deadly. It's in Australian waters. It is never mentioned by any of you people.
Australia if you do your research use to be a prison where great Britain use to send its worst of the worst of criminals
Weird I would have put number one is the "tolerant" purple haired liberal crackpot but I guess to each their own
🐍
I read that a platypus is venomous is that true? I heard it is the only venomous mammal.
I’d rather be shot than enter into any body of water in Australia.
😢
Very dengerous
Is the thumbnail a boomslang?
The Golden State killers identity has been figured out
The inland taipan can kill up to 230k mice and 100 adult humans. Just to clarify.
The most Toxic creature is Donald Trump.
Australia is my home sweet home
The box jelly fish is number one
Bro Istfg, there's nothing that triggers me more than people, or sorces using "poison/poisonous" rather than "venom/venomous". "This snake is poisonous" BRO STFU, IT'S VENOMOUS😂 (Unless it's actually poisonous, such as the tiger keelback snake)
GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT OR SHUT YOUR MOUTH B*****
Your map of Australia, shown toward the end of the video, with your personalized comments imprinted around the perimeter of the continent and within its interior, is very funny and delightful. Thank you for doing that.
I love how the large majority of these live in Australia 😂😂
Nope. The box jellyfish is THE most venomous creature in existence 2nd is the irukangy jellyfish, 3 rd is the taipan
that is a vagina 😂
7:02 phonoutria WHAT!
Are you sure the guy in the cover isn't Phillip graves
A....WHAT.......star?
I didn't think it was the conesnail ,because on other list they usually show conesnail first on the top tens.imo
I wanted to learn more about the venom from sea snakes wtf.
Can I join your videos 🤩🧐🤑😄😇
Psychotria is the MAO Inhibitor, not the dmt containing counterpart. The counterpart is a closely related relative to #2 and #2 itself probably contains it too
I love the clarification at the beginning. I remember being taught in Biology class that poison can affect you no matter how it comes into contact. However, venom must be injected so it can travel through the bloodstream undiluted. For example, you could drink cobra venom and it wouldn't kill you like it would if it was poison from a tree frog.
Habibi Don't go to Australia 😂
The Brandon Swanson case is so baffling. I just can’t wrap my head around the confusing details of this case.
Stop promoting coloniser narratives. The Irish have every right to resist occupation by any means necessary.
You know what's not on this list? England. And I love that for me.
I wonder if Joan's abductors actually were transporting her to another location for legitimate reasons, but got into some kind of accident and were just never found in the chaos. It might be another case of a wrecked car being found decades in the future.
You don't have to worry about @Jordan_The_Stallion or myself ever going to Australia. Not on our bucket list.✋🏾🙄
Inaccuracy is all I learned from this video
7:04 bro that's racist.
The worst part of living in Australia is the grief you get from the missus if you are not keen on doing some gardening. You suit up in metal brail from head to toe and stealthily wander the garden trying not to disturb any lurking critters, and making sure the wife can see you do it. You avoid any brush, leaves or grass in case of hidden snakes and spiders then suddenly rush back inside closing the door behind you whilst panting with exhaustion. Hit the fridge for a beer and if the wife doesnt thank you, get another one. Dont let anyone fool you, It is pure hell out there, especially on the weekends when the nastiest ones are out on the prowl. Much safer in front of the tv with a beer.
Where is the coastal Taipan- 3rd most venomous land snake..?
I had the "sense" somebody was following me while in the forest. That was until I pulled out my 40mm. Didn't have that "sense" anymore.
Box jellyfish has left the chat..
Australia as a number deadly creatures a must to see this beautiful country dont hezzatate to visit here (man is the only danger on the planet)
That is complete horseshit. It is flat, dry, hot and just about everything wants to kill you. Latest estimates put it at 1 tourist in 4 never goes home. Europe is full of mouldy and musty old crap, the people speak funny languages, and they struggle to make a decent cup of coffee for less than 10 dollars...but at least you get to return home.
You, people, make me laugh snakes and spiders do not go around biting people, in fact, I live in outback Australia and have done all my life I would be lucky to see one or two snakes a year, people that do not know the facts should not do videos like this Duo Fish you are an idiot and do not know what you are talking about, Just for the record the inland Taipan all so known as the fierce snake can kill 100 adults with one bite, not 55 mate get it right. 🤬🤬🤬🤬👎👎👎👎
You forgot my mother in-law she's #1
No Phyllobates terribilis in the wild?
and some are both venomous AND poisonous
That's not bad animals of Australia there's more welcome enjoy
Rose: how do you know it’s a Spanish fly? Dorothy: Because it wears a sombrero Rose
Australia needs to put up a lot of warning signs about these animals to be honest
Snakes are protected by law in Australia under the Wildlife protection laws and are relocated by professionals in areas that have humans. Only a. 03 percent chance of dying from snake bite with antivenin and medical treatment in Australia. Horses and donkeys kill more people than snakes in Australia.
Chill out wives are more dangerous in australia 🌏
@@stevesalkas9128 lmao 🤣
